Uniform Architectural Ltd, "UAL", is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Uniform SpA, Verona, Italy, a £30 million turnover, systems manufacturer and pioneer of composite windows, established for over 30 years.

UAL is the sales, technical and administration home in the UK, where wend, negotiate and take orders for large construction contracts, which we forward to Italy for manufacturing, then coordinate their delivery to UK building sites, in accordance with each contractor's build program. In 4 years we have supplied over £12 million windows/doors, approaching directly the main contractors once the construction contract has been awarded to them, under D&B rules.

We work in co-operation with a specification sales company, Venturi UK, who focus solely on Architects, so as to achieve their specification for our windows on the project. This is a longer-term activity as the time between specification and order placement can be 1-2 years, whereas selling after the contract has been awarded, has a much shorter gestation period 3- 9 months, but you have to unseat the specified supplier! Hope this is enough, but I can elaborate on any aspect if required.

Therefore, we always tend to understate the performance and longevity expectations that we provide. Our products are sufficiently compelling not to need the boost of an exaggeration, so we do not.

You are most welcome to copies of any of our technical data sheets, product test data or performance certificates. We will provide samples for assessment by you and your client and we will visit your client with you, in support, if the need arises.

We would also be pleased to visit you for technical discussions on any aspect of the Casement Windows performance and/or interfaces with various facade treatments. We can also recommend alternative methods to achieve the particular combination of criteria required for your project, whether thermal, acoustic, dimensional, air tightness, wind loading, maintenance, cleaning strategies – or additional requirements that we also manufacture like, curtain walling, brise soleil, doors – or any combination of the foregoing!
