We can help you choose from a range of services below depending on the complexity of your project. We realise that projects vary in size and complexity. You may just want some design advice or some drawings to be drafted to construction level. Our competitive fee proposals are flexible and can be based on a selection of the full design RIBA stages service listed below. The intial consultation is free of charge to help establish the kind of service you require. We will identify your needs and objectives, prepare feasibility studies and assess different options to enable your to decide whether and how to proceed.
We can give you advice on structural and building services systems, that may require further input from other consultants. We will prepare technical design and specifications in liaison with consultants for building control stage. We can prepare documents to allow for a competitive tender process and help you make an appraisal on the returned tenders/quotes.
