We found and purchased a house in a lovely position but realised the building itself did not work for us as it was. We knew the kind of place we wanted to live in but needed help to realise it.
Lou took a very detailed brief and produced optional proposals for us to consider. She helped us to find a fabulous architect, as it became clear the project would require specialist planning input and some new build elements. What Lou produced exceeded our expectations and very cleverly used the existing space; we only required a compact extension to give us all the accommodation we needed. She took on board all our needs and we now have a house we love to live in. She was with us every step of the way, absolutely wonderful.
