About the Business
All manufacture is completed in house in our purpose built production facility, using only the latest CNC technology, woodworking equipment, MIG & TIG welding machinery, and sophisticated injection moulding machines custom built for Bakerbellfield.
Our team consists of of traditional craftsmen and highly skilled technicians and engineers experienced in our manufacturing process. With the latest Solidworks Pro modelling package, Bakerbellfield's design team can build on their expertise of furniture assembly to enable them to identify the limitations to a design even before its reached manufacture.
The injection moulding machines have been specifically designed by us to meet the changing needs of our customers. The rail industry demanded a fire rated polyurethane edging, so we worked closely with our suppliers to enable us to offer an edging which met the specific project criteria.
